Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was perfect for my trip, being very close to the venue I was attending but I did have to wait a long time at the office for someone to greet me after pushing the buzzer multiple times. The service was a bit of a letdown as the staff were not friendly and even came off as rude and argumentative at times. However, the rooms, though very outdated with old furnishings and a musty smell, offered a tiny space with just enough room around the queen bed. The dining options were mediocre, offering only packaged muffins and danishes that weren't anything to write home about.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right across from the Sight and Sound Theater, making it easy to get to the places we wanted to go, but it was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, were a bit outdated with old furnishings and even had spider webs near the a/c unit. The service was courteous and friendly, adding a positive touch to the stay. However, the dining options, especially breakfast, were underwhelming with small packaged items. A mixed bag overall.
I managed to book the cheapest room available, and despite a slight odor issue, it turned out to be clean, comfortable, quiet, and a pleasant stay overall. The service was a mix, with some instances of unprofessional behavior but also moments of genuine friendliness and help. The location was hands down the best, being right across the street from the Sights and Sounds Theater, though it had some disappointments. The dining experience left much to be desired, being quite horrible with limited options, which is definitely not ideal. Facilities were decent overall.
